How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or
- Reply to your Paddle receipt email and ask for a refund, or
- Email us at support@pressdifferently.com and we'll help you reach Paddle.
How long it takes
Refunds are usually issued within a few business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page, or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
